WHAT DOES NEWMARKET MEAN TO YOU?
We are looking for a visual representation inspired by and a reflection of the community and township of Newmarket and its surrounding area.
The winning artist will have their art showcased on the side of Newmarket’s newest rental property “The Evelyn”.
WIN $1,000 + SEE YOUR ART FEATURED PROMINENTLY ON THE BUILDING.

Entrants must reside in York Region
Subject of the art piece must be anything related to Canadian, York Region or Newmarket related history
One per building (total 2) will be posted, entrants may submit a single to be repeated or a pair
Entries opened until June 1, 2025 (may be extended)Winner will be selected by the judges within 30 days of the contest close Entries will be evaluated based off of creativity, relevance to the theme, and visual impact.
The Winner will receive a cheque for $1000.00, thirty days after the winner is selected. The Winner's art becomes the property of R.A.M. Developments Inc.
Art may be posted and taken down at owner's discretion. The owner may use the art in any form, any where, in part or in whole at its discretion.
